SS Collective believes short-term fixes don’t serve children or families. We build systems that endure, evolve and remain rooted in community ownership in places where childcare is often reactive, donor-driven or disconnected from local realities.
In partnership with local organizations, co-designing solutions with families, caregivers and community stakeholders during moments of transition, growth or crisis—when communities need resilient systems that can adapt and persist. Through collaborative and collective design, evidence-based practices and capacity-building that centers on sustainability from day one.
In many regions, childcare services are reactive, donor-driven or disconnected from the realities families face. This often leads to inconsistent services, limited access and programs that disappear when funding cycles end. SS Collective works to change this dynamic by strengthening the foundations of community and locally-led childcare systems.
